MCCC had a cheerful Chinese New Year party at
the Divine Savior Holy Angels High School on
February 7, 2009. Activities include MMCS student
performance, dinner, MCCC Art Troupe performance, karaoke and social dance. About 600 people attended the party. The MCCC
administration would like to thank all of the volunteers who helped to
make the party successfully. Special thanks go to the following leaders: Peng
Hong, Gao Peng, Cao Xiaokang, Sun Zhengjiang, Zeng Hong, Zhang Xiaoyun, Li Junnan, Wang Zhaohui, Zhong Guangchang,
Hong Yi, Huang Meihua, Wang Xiaojing, Wang Yan,
An Limin, Zhang Zhihong, Zhu Wei, Wang
Xiaohe, Ge Zhanyu, Lin Weidong, Wang Xiaojun, Liu Nianhong, Jenny Chen, Lin Jinlai
and Lei Da. A deep gratitude goes to the former principals Tang Liang and Oliver Qiu for their ever-lasting dedication to MMCS/MCCC.
MCCC/MMCS 2009 Chinese New
Year Party Performances are shown on DVDs. There are 2 DVDs
available: one for MMCS student performance and one for the MCCC Music and Dance Troupe performance. The cost

10th World Chinese Student Essay Contest. Good luck to the

MMCS/MCCC is planning the Chinese Summer Camp – The camp will be one-week
long and most likely take place in the beginning of August. Details will be
included in next month’s newsletter. Please check flash for 2008 Summer
Chinese Camp slide show. Your
